All comments and Hates are the property of their owners, and the opinions posted here are NOT necessariliy the feelings of the site owners! We will do our best to remove illegal or improper content, and content in bad taste (needs to be pretty bad) as soon as humanly possible.

Complaints

If you feel that any posting on this site is improper, TOO offensive or illegal, please let us know immediately by using the comments form (found here). We will do our best to remove these postings as soon as possible if they are found to be improper, offensive or illegal.

Signing up

Signing up to this site is required if you want to post Fings or hates, but you can leave comments anonymously (without logging on). You will receive an automated e-mail almost straight away when you signup, with a password and link to confirm your signup, which is a common practice these days. This tells us that you Actually wanted to signup to our site, and that you agree to use the site responsibly. If you do not confirm your signup within 2 weeks, we will automatically remove your details from our database, and you should then signup again if you really did want to use our site.

Your Details

WE HATE SPAM TOO!! We will NEVER EVER EVER EVER sell, give away or lease your details to ANYONE! We will send you e-mails from time to time IF you specify that you want to receive them. The only exception to this rule will be when a complaint has been logged against one of your Hates or Comments, at which point this will be a direct communication between you and us. We will not pass on your e-mail address to the person making the complaint!

Getting Banned

We hope it will never happen, but sooner or later someone is going to take the P and do something to upset someone badly. After all this site is about things you HATE, but you could take this a little too far. If you find yourself being banned (you will be e-mailed), you may only be banned for a specific period, or you may have your account terminated permanently if it's bad enough. If you're account is banned for a specified period, you will receive an e-mail when your ban is up, and you can access the site again.
